Completion of Contracts on Cedar Court

We are pleased to announce the completion of the freehold sale of the remaining two units at our Cedar Court business park at Porterswood, St Albans.
This means significant reduction of the finished unit stock at Artisan (UK) Developments and emphasises our view that there is an intensifying shortage of good quality office space available. This will lead more businesses to consider forward sale or forward let projects, which are now the main focus of our commercial development activities.
