Development Activities
This Company is based in Huntingdon and has specialised in the delivery of commercial and industrial buildings on its own account and for others. The properties, mostly office and industrial units, have in the past been built both on a speculative and bespoke design and build basis. Developments are commissioned by our customers on either land controlled by the Company or land owned or sourced by the client.
More recently the company has changed its focus to that of a residential developer active in the wider Cambridge area concentrating on small high quality new build developments.
This company (including its Living Heritage division) is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and is a residential house developer. Its principal areas of operation are in Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
Apart from marketing properties under the Rippon Homes brand, Living Heritage is the division marketing the more exclusive properties.
