In 2013 Artisan (UK) Developments has:
- Contracted and completed an 18,000ft2 extension to the previously developed Black Tecknigas unit in St Neots, ahead of time and under budget. This was completed for the new landlord against previously agreed pricing and lease revision terms for Black Teknigas.
- Sold 50% of the remaining land at Regis Park in Kings Lynn and entered into a contract to deliver a 4,000ft2 new office to occupied by leading local solicitors
- Agreed terms for the sale of the ground floor of a stock office unit
- In advanced negotiation for the delivery of a significant office and production facility for a client on land they are acquiring.
