New Banking Facilities

Artisan (UK) Plc has successfully completed new banking facilities to support the on going trading operations. After several months of temporary extensions whilst terms were settlement, Artisan (UK) plc now has a new £21m facility in place, with a term to July 2015.
We are very pleased to have agreed a three year facility and this provides a firm platform for trading for the foreseeable future.
The facility on day one is about 60% drawn, leaving headroom for additional borrowing as the level of trading expands.
