New Office Development Completed and Sold

We are very pleased to advise that Artisan (UK) plc Developments Ltd has successfully completed the new 30,000 sq ft office at Opus Business Park, Peterborough.
The tenant, Kelway (UK), Ltd has taken occupation and is undertaking fit out.
The freehold and investment interest has been sold to Marville Properties and the resulting funds used to pay down debt and provide working capital for continuing operations.
This has been a highly successful project, profitably delivering a modern office, which is expected to be BREEAM excellent rated, on time and within budget.
