Artisan (UK) Developments is progressing well on property deals that have been in hand
- The freehold sale of one of two stock units at Quantum Park Ipswich has been completed to Ipswich Transport Museum.
- The let of the entire stock unit at Fenice Park, St Neots has been completed. The lease is now being marketed for sale as an investment, with initial positive interest seen.
- The construction of the 30,000 ft² office unit for Kelway (UK) Ltd is progressing very well, managed by our in-house construction team on a fast track programme.
- We are working towards any early investment sale of the Kelway building following a marketing of the investment.
