Artisan (UK) Projects Ltd secures major contract

Artisan (UK) Projects has secured a multi-million pound contract to deliver a new office, production and laboratory facility with a client Linx Printing Technologies Ltd in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Initial ground work has now commenced on the main construction, re-engineering work has been completed and contract is well under way to deliver this carefully bespoke building, which will meet the needs of Linx precisely and for many years to come.
Artisan’s management team has worked with Linx as a development partner over many months to bring this complex project to fruition, assisting the client on the strategy for delivering the premises, securing the land, specification of the facility, managing and resolving the land re-engineering project which has preceded the construction contract.
