New Facility for Linx completed

Artisan (UK) Developments Ltd has completed construction of a multi-million pound headquarters and production facility at Compass Point Business Park, St Ives, Cambridgeshire, in an unprecedented construction period of just 42 weeks. Using a highly organised and structured internal process management system, Artisan delivered the striking, high-specification building ahead of schedule in February 2015.
Developed to a bespoke design for Linx Printing Technologies, an internationally renowned supplier of coding, marking, and other industrial printing solutions, the purpose-built detached building was commissioned to support Linx’s expanding operations and will accommodate over 150 of its staff, as well as creating new job opportunities.
The substantial, modern and efficient building comprises ground and first floor facilities, with production space, state-of-the-art laboratories, testing facilities, dispatch and product areas and warehousing situated over the ground level, whilst the first floor boasts spacious, well-appointed air-conditioned office space.
Artisan is offering the remaining 3 acres of land for bespoke Design and Build solutions.
