New Chairman

In July 2013 Geoff Melamet was appointed to the board as a non-executive director and then appointed Chairman by the board.
Geoff has worked with the Company and previous Chairman for several years and is a director of Aspen Finance Limited, the direct major shareholder in Artisan (UK) plc.
Geoff will lead the board of Artisan through the next phase of its development and the board looks forward to working with him.
The board is very appreciative and thankful for the support of the outgoing non-executive Chairman who has stepped down for personal reasons.
