Rippon Homes has been accepted into the national 'Help to Buy' scheme and allocated target volumes through to March 2016. This scheme is significant in helping to revitalise the market especially as regards the more affordable 3 bedroom properties.
Rippon Homes has noticed an improvement in market conditions in the latter half of 2013, thanks in no small part to the 'Help to Buy' scheme and generally improved sentiment in the market. The market is still fragile though.
New sites have been purchased in 2013
- 9 units at Sawtry, Long Eaton
- 10 units at Carr Lane, South Normanton
- 11Units at Red Lane, South Normanton
Further sites are at varying stages in the acquisition process.
