Sale of Vantage House and relocation of Head Office

Artisan (UK) Properties recently completed the sale of Vantage House in Huntingdon to Cambridgeshire County Council. The 8,000 sq ft, two storey, modern detached office building along with 51 parking spaces, which had in part been occupied as the Group’s head office, has been purchased by the County Council for use as offices by its Highways Department. The sale price achieved was in excess of the carrying value of the property in the last financial statements.
Following the sale Artisan’s head office has been relocated to nearby offices at 2b Vantage Park.
