Following the great success of the Linx project in St Ives, Artisan (UK) Developments and Artisan (UK) Projects have delivered a very well received new children’s nursery at Vantage Park Huntingdon. After working very closely with the client to plan and specify the building to their exact requirements, the building was built and handed over in a mere 4.5 months to a satisfied client, ahead of schedule and on budget.
Also a new regional office building is now in the course of construction for a client on that client’s own land at Rougham near Bury St Edmunds. This building is proceeding well and on target for a delivery ahead of contract date in the first quarter of 2017. Artisan were brought in to assist and lead the advisers to the client and ensure the project development issues were resolved allowing the project to proceed.
