RESULT OF EGM RE THE CAPITAL REORGANISATION
At the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held today at 11:00 am, all of the Resolutions were duly passed. The Capital Reorganisation will therefore proceed.
The record date for the Capital Reorganisation will be the close of business today, 19 January 2007. The New Ordinary Shares of 20p each created by the Capital Reorganisation are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM from 8:00 am on Monday 22 January 2007.
Payments for Fractional Entitlements, where payable, and definitive new share certificates, where appropriate, will be paid or despatched to shareholders on 2 February 2007. Shareholders entitled to New Ordinary Shares under the Capital Reorganisation who hold their shares in CREST, will be credited with their new shares on 22 January 2007.
The voting for the resolutions was as follows:

The total number of votes against the resolutions represented less than 1 percent of the issued share capital.
The number of resultant shareholders following this reorganisation will fall from approximately 10,300 to under 5,000, in line with the Board's expectations.
