Artisan (UK) plc, the residential house and business park developer is pleased to announce that the Appeal Committee of House of Lords has refused permission for the appellants, Infiniteland Limited and Mr John Aviss, to appeal to the House of Lords.
The appellants had previously lost their actions in both the High Court and Court of Appeal concerning the disposal of Bickerton Construction Ltd.
Artisan is advised that Infiniteland Limited and Mr John Aviss have now exhausted the judicial process.
