The Company was informed on 24 April 2002 that Stephen Dean had sold on 23 April 2002, 11,750,001 ordinary shares at 8.625p per share.
Stephen Dean has also gifted, on 23 April 2002, 5,835,000 shares to a family discretionary trust of which he is not a beneficiary.
Stephen Dean now holds 10,000,000 ordinary shares in Artisan representing 3.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
