Following the continuation of the Company's share buy back programme, the Company has purchased on 28 March 2002, 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each at 8p per share.
Since the buy back programme commenced in December 2001, the Company has purchased a total of 5,850,000 at an average price of 7.55p per share.
The number of Artisan shares in issue following this buy back is 282,212,760.
