The Company was informed on 25 January 2002 that Mr Chris Musselle had sold 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 7.5p per share and Mr Alan Brookes had sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 7.5 per share. Mr Musselle is now beneficially interested in 298,853 ordinary shares representing 0.10% of the issued share capital and Mr Brookes is now beneficially interested in 104,333 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital.
