Aspen Finance Limited Offer to Artisan Shareholders
The following documents are available to shareholders in connection with Aspen Finance Limited's offer to shareholders announced on 26 June 2009.
The Aspen Finance Limited offer closed on 19 August 2009. By the close of the offer, Aspen Finance Limited secured acceptances that combined with its existing shareholding resulted in Aspen Finance Limited controlling 69.47% of the issued share capital of Artisan (UK) plc and 69.55% of the voting rights.
